Nominations open. It's easy and takes only two minutes!
February 7 - EXTENDED to February 14
Nominations close.
Week of February 17
Nominees are announced.
Week of March 4
Applications are emailed to nominees and nominators. It is simple...answer 3-4 essay questions in 150 words or less. Also send a bio and headshot/facility shot.
March 18 - EXTENDED to March 25
Applications are due.
Week of March 31
Applications are sent to the first round judges (Medical News editorial board members who so graciously volunteered their time). *
Week of April 14
First round judges select finalists for each category.
Finalists are announced. The finalists' applications are sent to an independent panel of judges (four to six from around the country).

* We make every effort to avoid asking judges to judge a person, entity or organization with whom they could be considered “an interested party”. Any board member submitting a nomination may not be a judge for that particular category of award.
