A Life-Changing Residential Experience
I absolutely loved my experience in residential treatment. Radix focuses on so much more than just the addiction. There’s obviously a clear focus on therapy, underlying issues like trauma and mental health. But, there is so much more needed in long them recovery and Radix is the first program I’ve been part of to heal multiple parts of one’s self. They include focuses on cognitive control and retraining of one’s thoughts. They focus on health as a whole including the mind, body and spirit. Body movements and other forms of energy release to stay grounded. And most importantly for me was helping me get all of my ducks in a row to be successful after leaving. I’m the most optimistic I have ever felt about getting my life back and I owe it to Radix. If you or anyone you know is struggling please recommend Radix Recovery !!!

From the first moment on the first phone call, to the end of the experience, my time at Radix was handled with compassion, empathy, and a drive for understanding the needs for each individual. The program is insightful and identified with what I needed to do to get my life back in balance. A major part is the attention the staff pays to detail, making a safe environment, and giving the tools I need to continue my journey. A Seamless Admissions Process
The admission process was seamless. I was able to get in right away. Living 2 hrs away I was able to complete forms online as well as get help over the phone. I went through their detox and the staff was amazing. Residential was a great experience. The program is too notch. I have been through other programs and this experience was truly refreshing. It’s not a cookie cutter program. The facility is modern and they provide amenities that you won’t find in most treatments. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. My overall experience was excellent.

I cannot say enough good things about Radix. From the very beginning, the experience was easy and stress-free. Admissions was quick and straightforward, and they truly understand the stress people are under when making the decision to seek treatment. They are incredibly compassion and dedicated to setting you up for success!

Detox was welcoming, and I immediately felt safe in a way I hadn’t felt in months. I was able to detox pain-free, and the staff was incredibly comforting. One staff member could tell I was scared and gently offered a hug, which meant a lot in that moment.

After detox, I transitioned into inpatient treatment and was honestly beyond impressed with the accommodations: great food, ability to keep your phone, and amenities like a cold plunge, massage chair, and sauna. It felt comfortable and well-supported.

Groups were meaningful and hosted by qualified staff and curated with intent and meaningfulness , not just to fill time .

What stood out most, though, was the staff. They are genuinely caring, attentive, and highly knowledgeable. Overall, I am extremely impressed and cannot recommend Radix enough. If you’re hesitant, don’t be. This decision can truly change your life for the better.

From my first phone call with Carly in admissions through my residential stay and now my participation in intensive outpatient, the staff has been phenomenal. If you have problems with drugs or alcohol please use Radix. Being a first timer at a recovery facility is a hard thing to do, especially because everything that lead me there was the easy way to solve my problems. Never in my life have I met a group of strangers at the time that told me that they loved me and were going to love me until I loved myself. That was life changing! They went from instructors, counselors, receptionists to friends leading me to a better way of life. One of my favorite parts of treatment was how much they focused on healing the whole person. I loved spending time in the garden, participating in cooking classes, practicing yoga in the beautiful yoga room, and challenging myself with the cold plunges. Radix offers a wide range of amenities that promote both physical and mental wellness, including cold plunging, saunas, yoga, and fitness classes. Having a private chef who prepares breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily is another incredible touch that makes residents feel cared for and comfortable.

The amenities are unmatched (my favorite was the massage chairs). Shannon Parker in admissions is very helpful in working with insurance and getting the ball rolling.
